Investors using the platform agree to respect founder confidentiality and must not misuse or redistribute sensitive materials. We reserve the right to restrict access to any investor who violates these terms.
6. Payments and Upgrades
Some services are free, while others—such as Spotlight Boost and Investor Accelerator—require payment. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. MonkeysRaiser reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to MonkeysRaiser. However, by uploading materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content through the platform for promotional and operational purposes.
8. Privacy
Your use of MonkeysRaiser is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and handle data in accordance with industry standards and legal obligations.
9. Disclaimers
MonkeysRaiser is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment advisor. We do not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are made solely at the discretion of investors and founders. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
